Should you need to make a return, call us at 800.833.3432 for a Return Authorization # and shipping instructions. Returned product must be in it's original packaging. Upon receipt of the product, your account will be credited.
Transfer Paper Experts is not responsible for any damage to printers or copiers caused by printing on the wrong side of the paper or misuse. Before printing, reference the printer recommendations for each printer. Contact us if you have any questions.
